Services
We help families advocate for their children with special needs through the following laws: The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (I.D.E.A.), Massachusetts Special Education Law,Vermont Special Education Law, The Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and The Americans with Disabilities Act.
Why hire an advocate?
The special education process can be emotional and contentious for parents. The school enters the IEP meeting with a team of professionals. They know the law and what services are available. Often parents don’t have all the information to make the best decisions. We give you the tools to best advocate for your child’s education.
